And yes, of course, bananas on the picture and as the first ingredient is the immediate giveaway anyway, but honestly, a lot of folks out there would still see the "grain free" part and not do any more sleuthing.

Same here. 6g “sugar” per whopping 30g serving, but 19g total carbs. 4 servings per bag again. Ingredients include oats, coconut sugar, quinoa flakes, amaranth puffs. Low-ish in sugar means almost nothing if you do best with low *total carbs.* Always read ingredient lists!pic.twitter.com/7sSqNp7IF2

The purists/zealots would tell you to just never buy anything that *has* an ingredient list in the first place, and that's a fair point, but that level of commitment to food is going to be too high a barrier to entry for many for whom keto/low carb could potentially be lifesaving

Was not there a law or some regulation passed to make those nutrition labels easier to decipher and to actually use proper(easier to measure, visualize) serving size?!?! Instead of 1/3 or 28 grams...who in the world measures 1/3 when eating a bag of potato chips?

Don’t have to read the label of ingredients. The word “snack” is warning enough. Processed snack food. Bad news!
