In Texas someone banging on the door and chanting can legally be shot, especially at night. You may think that is terrible, but true nevertheless.

Here in Indiana, If someone was trying to break my door down in the middle of night, and I feared for my life, it wouldn’t hesitate to shoot. I’m pretty sure it would be justified, too.
