1/6 The organized left is lying about a segment we did on Friday night. Our topic was "diversity is our strength," a phrase our leaders use to end conversation rather than spur it. You hear it all the time. We asked, what exactly does it mean? Is it true?

5/6 But our leaders aren't even asking these questions. Instead they're trying to silence anyone who raises them, while at the same time promoting mindless tribalism for political expedience. Division keeps them in power.

6/6 What's at stake isn't a cable news segment. It's the existence of rational conversation in America. If they can prevent you from asking honest questions, there's nothing they can't do. More on this tomorrow night.

Americans love + will fight 2 defend our country. We love our families. Most of us were raised to appreciate this great country because our ancestors fought to come here legally. Parents who did not raise their kids right created liberals.

All true Denise, however those Americans, parents, and patriots will be accountable for what they allowed the country to become, if they do not get out and vote.

Or, maybe you can create a map like David Duke did in the early 80s and segregate “like-minded” people into different regions of the country - New Israel/New York; New Cuba/Miami; New Africa/Mississippi.

Jon - I believe his point is if you come to America - learn our language, work, and have American values. Fly the American flag not the flag of the country you did not like and left. Proud to be an American! Check out S Sosa after 9/11, he’s from the Dominican.

Well, two comments to that. First, that’s not what he said, and that’s one interpretation. Second, just because you come to America doesn’t mean you have to believe in everything American. That ignores freedom. Also, many people have dual citizenship.

Diversity or lack thereof is not a reason to form or remain a country. A society should center around shared interest. If people are here, the assumption should be they share that interest. The assumption should not be that bc they don’t look like me they should not be here.

We hold these truths to be self evident: that everyone is created equal and they are endowed with certain unalienable rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness

We hang together by not listening to you every day, by reading books, newspapers (with essays written by real journalists), listening to
working, studying, partying with tequila, marrying who we love (not whom you preach) & having sex Tucker. Get it! - 1 more reply

Tucker, I like Brit Hume but he is both wrong & naive & you are right. There are people living in this country that hate this country & the traditional American values & are working against it.

What Americans have in common: • Currency • Imperial system of measurement • Right on red • Mattress stores everywhere • The US Constitution • Pie v. cake debate • Thanksgiving • Not everyone knows someone IN the military, but everyone knows someone who has BEEN shot.

#Tucker, it’s almost as if a growing minority of Americans believe that all men are created equal. What’s worse, some of our leaders seem to be buying into this dangerous notion that threatens our bedrock principles. Dark times, indeed.

I think we need to go back to 3 broadcast television stations. Everything's been downhill since cable.

You misspelled ought. What do we have in common? All Americans are from diverse backgrounds and despite the differences, we should be empathic and compassionate toward our fellow citizens. I know it sounds new to you and your network but this is what makes America- America.

A country cannot progress if it's locked in on shallow mindedness. Diversity behooves us to see humanity in mankind. Diversity is like a system that has different all working together to maintain the whole. The doctrine of sameness is moribund and weak.
