1/6 The organized left is lying about a segment we did on Friday night. Our topic was "diversity is our strength," a phrase our leaders use to end conversation rather than spur it. You hear it all the time. We asked, what exactly does it mean? Is it true?

3/6 "Do you get along better with your neighbors and coworkers if you can't understand each other, or share no common values? And if diversity is our strength, why is it OK for the rest of us to surrender our freedom of speech to just a handful of tech monopolies?"

4/6 These are the questions our leaders out to be asking every day. How does a nation of 325 million people hang together? What do we all have in common as Americans? Why should we remain a country? Nothing is more important than answering this.

5/6 But our leaders aren't even asking these questions. Instead they're trying to silence anyone who raises them, while at the same time promoting mindless tribalism for political expedience. Division keeps them in power.

6/6 What's at stake isn't a cable news segment. It's the existence of rational conversation in America. If they can prevent you from asking honest questions, there's nothing they can't do. More on this tomorrow night.

Considering your complete lack of knowledge about the military, let me fill you in... . Diversity in background is what makes the armed forces so amazing. People from all walks of life come together for a common cause. . And no matter their beliefs, they will die for each other.

If I looked around me, in my own country, and everyone looked, acted and thought just like you (I’m assuming you would be the kind of “American” that is acceptable) I would tunnel the hell out of here even if I only had a spoon.

Lack of diversity led to the defeat of the Nazis Lack of diversity in the Republican party will led to its defeat as well Group hate of every other racial group isn't exactly what I would call a strong long term cohesive force

In marriage, a man comes together with a woman. They are very different in that a man is not a woman, it is exactly what they don’t have in common that represents strength. Two men, may have a lot in common, but can’t reproduce, leading to a weak (and eventually extinct) species.

In the Marines, the basic deployable unit is called a Marine Air Ground Task Force. Infantry, wing, logistics, headquarters, and recon do not have much in common in their daily activities, but come together to win wars.

Ultimately, there is no such thing as diversity. Only the extent in which people seek to separate themselves from that outside of themselves. The same shit that got us kicked out of Eden is what anti-diversity and diversity rhetoric fosters. One humanity within God.

Diversity is our strength because it introduces new ideas and perspectives, promotes creative problem solving, leads to acceptance and inhibits discrimination, encourages empathy, and helps us better engage with people from around the world who are different from us (1/2)
-
What we have in common is being American. We can be united by our shared ideals and values without losing individuality–our voices, cultures, & beliefs. Diversity is our strength because as AMERICANS we believe in liberty and justice FOR ALL, regardless of our differences. (2/2)

Diversity causes social tension. People are naturally tribal. They tend to like things/people who are similar to them, which is why church congregations self-segregate. And there's nothing wrong with that. It's natural and normal.

Natural and normal is not inherently right; sin is natural and normal. Whether or not the church always integrates, the Bible encourages acceptance and diversity: Galatians 3:28; Ephesians 2:11-16; James 2:8-9; Acts 10:34-35; Colossians 3:11; Deuteronomy 10:17-19; Luke 10:25-37
