Hmmm, interesting. Is this an example of the “horse shoe theory” I’ve heard so much about?

Horseshoe is the claim that as the extremes get more extreme they converge. Its a wrong attribution of cause. For example the far left and far right try to control your sexuality not because they agree but because its a proven way to control people.

Any chance many of these part-time workers like NOT working full time? That maybe they prefer to collect government hand outs instead of working full time?
-
To those who rudely responded to this comment, which is 100% true: many people who DO prefer to work part time and DO prefer to collect govt handouts. I know several, PERSONALLY. Some simply value their free time; others take college courses. Sorry if facts conflict w/ narrative.

There are jobs at Walmart that are entry level jobs, or jobs held by unskilled workers. They aren't meant to support a family. But Walmart has a system in place that allows people to advance to better paying positions or departments & they provide good benefits, raises, bonuses.

Right on! That’s why Tucker must support raising the minimum wage, a cap on CEO pay at a set multiple of the lowest paid employees and strong unions. Wait, that’s socialism.

Statements like this ignore history and the rest of the world, where absent a minimum wage and/or union representation, wages plummet and people with no other options are forced to accept it a live in increasingly dire poverty.
