don't have the date handy but it's made by ST Micro.
Very cool. Really shows why IBM's Solid Logic Technology and other packaging technologies were a big deal, this is like a little desk in the wizard's cavern! Presumably also not as reliable as a fully enclosed and bonded flat package with those wires flying about, too.
