Sorry if I missed an earlier tweet about this but even the HaD didn't mention it: how do you cut all these so cleanly? Water-based cutter? Sand? Laser? Or even a basic dremel?

how are the pins connected? it looks to me like they are connected to the gold (shielding?) I can't see them connect to the transformer or choke at any point
