Why do you continue to fail to denounce Putin? Luka only exists as Putin's emissary. Belarus is a Russian colony.
Don't expect a single individual, however courageous, to take on the machine which Putin has created for himself. Besides, @Tsihanouskaya is concerned with her own country, and does not interfere in Russian affairs.
