You could at the very least upgrade our seats so we can sit next to each other but the person on the phone says we have to pay for the upgrade despite our only needing it due to your mistake.

Hey @LATAMAirlines you screwed me out of seats I've had booked for months because someone at your airline made a mistake and now your airline refuses to fix this mistake at all? I'm not taking a 10 hour flight stuck in the middle not next to my girlfriend because of your mistake.
