Feel bad for Terra and the rest of support having to deal with the blowback of a bad decision they have no control over. Nobody anyone knows made this decision. Terrible decision to stop supporting Premium.

That’s a not above their pay grade. Their support is through a 3rd party company anyways. They got rid of their offices in Columbus after covid hit.
