A @TMobile store employee just called my wife a *Bitch* after removing her screen protector without asking, scratching her screen and refused to take her S10+ trade due to the scratch they put in it or replace the screen protector they removed

I'm honestly not sure I've ever experienced customer service quite this bad. Mind blown.
1. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional (Yelled and cursed at my wife)
2. Damaged her @SamsungMobile S10+
3. Removed the screen protector without permission and wouldn't replace it
