Year in and year out, when people try to mass buy Premium on GB it completely crashes their servers.

Not that it shouldn't be fixed but the issue is a direct result of the 3rd party service they use to manage the subscriptions. That company has some issues that result in bottlenecks when purchasing spikes occur. It's also a massive undertaking to fix it or move off that service.
