This makes no sense. They agreed to sign it. He then released them from it. Why would he pay them to release them from it? You act like he did something Illegal and has to compensate them for it.
There are a lot of names in his book. Your implication means they are all pedophiles and rapists. I'm not willing to make that leap and clearly the authorities have not. I also don't think it's reasonable to assume Bloomberg gets a background check on everyone he associates with.

yes but i’m saying that the combination of these three facts (his association with epstein, the multiple NDA’s, and the documented history of workplace sexual harassment) provides enough reason to look further into his past. i’m not saying we should put him in jail without reason

Association with Epstein: it could happen to anyone. You never really know your friends. NDAs: standard business practice. Workplace “harassment”: maybe he told a joke someone didn’t like.
