There isn't actually. He released all 3 of them. Many businesses have a policy of NDAs for this type of thing even if it wasn't true.

my guy they wouldn’t sign an NDA if they didn’t have something the company wanted to keep from the public. that’s what an NDA is

I'm aware of the purpose of an NDA. You dont seem to understand how they are used. They are commonly used to end discussion of something EVEN if it's not true. Your making massive assumptions about the purpose of these NDAs and why they even existed.
