#BREAKING 20-year-old man with rifle,handgun & body armor arrested at Walmart on Republic.

That's my point actually. If it isn't illegal, he shouldn't have been arrested but he was and the majority of people seem to think it was the right move. So that being the case, why is it legal to do something that results in your arrest that people agree with.

If someone gets wrongfully arrested, typically you'll see people yelling abs screaming that the police fucked up but here they are applauding them for stopping a shooting when the guy hadn't done anything. Society's reaction indicates it shouldn't be legal.
