I agree with the first parr of that, but there are lots of things that aren't good, but still legal. Some things people say aren't nice, but should they be illegal? Don't think so. Cutting in line is bad too, but not everything that makes one an asshole should require a new law.
Well this bad thing got a guy held at gun point till the police got there and then arrested him. Not quite the same thing as cutting in line. If it's bad enough to warrant being arrested and investigated to determine his intentions, shouldn't it be illegal?
