Can more than one sidechain be going through the propose/ack process concurrently? Can a miner put more than one ack in the coinbase?

Thanks, Paul. I'm not sure how much I'll honestly understand. But I have a genuine appreciation. You've been working on these BIPs for a long time. Shorter and more concise certainly can't hurt your case. While I'm generally skeptical on sidechains, I'll give it a fair shake.

Thanks, I'm learning a lot. Q: Why are M3s for the same sidechain restricted to one per block? Shouldn't competing histories be able to be proposed to an agnostic miner that doesn't care to choose which one is valid?
