In the last few months, @SFDAOffice's @SFVictimService team processed reimbursement claims for 21 separate small businesses as part of our District 5 Broken Window reimbursement program with Sup. @DeanPreston.
We are hoping to bring this pilot citywide.

Windows shouldn’t be broken in the first place if you do your job and prosecute criminals. Stop releasing violent criminals!

this is totally naive, crime exists, we don’t live in a fantasy world where we can prevent all crime all the time, this is for victims of crime.

Chesa Boudin has continued to fail at prosecuting criminals, leading to an uptake in burglary, and violent crimes. Crime will always exist, but it should never be this high. Criminals continue coming to San Francisco because they know they will be released very quickly.

Look at any arrest records or any tweets about arrests on any San Francisco Police Twitter account. Many suspects are not from SF, nor living in SF.

It is well known that @SFDAOffice does not prosecute, and when they do, most criminals are released within a few days. There is no accountability for criminals here.
