Proud of the hard work of my homicide team, in close partnership with dedicated SFPD homicide inspectors, in this investigation. Tonight's arrest is a critical step towards justice for the Young family. It shows what we can achieve when we work together.https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/article/Exclusive-SFPD-arrests-suspect-in-slaying-of-15851990.php …
People are outraged as Chesa because the Parole Office stated they provided all paperwork needed for Chesa to prosecute, yet Troy was still released by Chesa. This happened multiple times, and rather than Doing his job, he always released Troy. 1/2

Ultimately, I think both are too blame, but it’s Chesa’s decisions which costed two lifes. Chesa had multiple chances (as did parole) to charge Troy, yet failed. The parole office gave DA boudin all information to press charges. Why did they do this? I don’t know. 1/2
