We've just released a scanner that checks to see if a server is vulnerable for CVE-2019-19781.
It does not actually exploit the target and is erfectly safe with no impact on the system.

Notice a bug when checking the
#Shitrix vulnerability with url_parse function. When using the latest version of the urllib.util python package, url_parse normalizes the URL thus removing the /vpn/.. from the requested URL to check the vuln.pic.twitter.com/hXDoTr3S08
