    The last couple days I've been optimizing `bundle install` on with a small Gemfile and got it down to just 19s, when it was 84s before, that's 4.42x speedup!

    TruffleRuby 19.3.0 is now released 🚀 and available on ruby-install, ruby-build and RVM, improving compatibility with Rails and C extensions by including an LLVM toolchain producing both native code and bitcode!

    I moved a large codebase (447 files, 44063 LOC) over to TruffleRuby as a hackday project. The only problems encountered were with EventMachine, oj gem (known bug), a BigDecimal bug (new issue), & getting a stable/performant Rack::Handler running under TruffleRuby (WEBrick works).

    Did you know that significantly improved compatibility with C-extensions? Basically, they should all just work! If not please file an issue . Watch and learn how we did it. We are improving performance at the moment.
