Wow @TeamYouTube just shut down our @theh3podcast live stream and gave us a strike for talking about Alex Jones??... What.

That is censorship, and censorship for no good reason. Alex Jones and his fake news and conspiracies and hate speech needed to be censored, but discussing him is important and not the same thing as being him. Do better

There’s a difference between censorship and removing someone from a private platform for hate speech

Well there is a difference between censorship and kicking someone off a privately owned site for breaking the rules

Yeah I get that. You don’t think private businesses leverage that privilege to censor who they want to censor?

No... as you can always speak out on your own site, But when you sign up to another businesses platform and agree to its TOS you are bound by them.. kinda pretty simple really.

Then you’re being naive. There are constant bans and temporary shutdowns of conservatives on these platforms. You’d be hard-pressed to find accounts that favor the left having action taken against them, even those whose posts are the most vitriolic.

there are plenty of accounts that speak about a wide range of things without being banned,, Because they don't use hate or brake the TOS that they agreed to. making sure users adhere to TOS isnt Censorship. LOL
