Have a look here https://truelayer.com/tos/ If the breach is from your infra, you will be responsible for your users. Post PSD2 it may change.

Hi, sorry, i was reading that, I was referring TrueLayer's infra. Is it saying TrueLayer is only liable for up to £500 costs?

we do have an higher coverage (insurance for £1M) for anything that is security breaches caused by us.

Ah great, that gives me confidence over using a rival service such as Teller.io - Their TOS seems to wash their hands of any responsibility.

we are pursuing accreditation as an AISP and PISP in the context of PSD2. Insurance and liability is part of the reg process.
