Wanted to get initial information out-we understand that Grand Jury under auspices of FISA court has issued the sealed indictment.

The FISA Court does *nothing* but hear warrant requests for foreign surveillance. It doesn't issue indictments. False

No. Only Congress can start impeachment. But an indictment gives them tools to start proceedings when they wish.

What are the odds the republicans do nothing with it? Must congress respond?

Need simple majority in the house, then moves to Senate for trial and 2/3 vote needed to impeach.

Nothing likely to happen until GOP can use the president to get their legislative agenda done first
