Here's the crazy part about proving defemation: it's not enough just to show that there is no evidence of the crime. Dersch would have to prove Claude KNEW it wasn't true before he said it, and said it with malicious intent. Good luck with that. Btw, we all think it's true.

AND he’d have to show damages. This type of suit is hideously difficult to pull off, especially as a public figure.
