I have directed all divisions to increase patrols in and around mosques in our city.
We will continue to work with our local Muslim leaders to provide a sense of safety and security.

As part of #PoliceWeek2021, the Houston Police Department and Chief were honored to lay a wreath yesterday at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

HPD DWI officers were busy last night- arresting more than 30 drunk drivers.
We will be out again tonight.
Please don't drink and drive. At best, we will give you a ride to jail. At worst, you could kill yourself or someone else.
