The anomaly's behavior is such that the website may randomly alternate between working normally and not working normally -- that's part of the mystery. Expect changes throughout today. FYI for those asking: Cloud platforms are not an option due to the cost profile of my workload

Welp, some network anomaly is happening to tropicaltidbits.com again. The hardware replacement 4 days ago apparently did not fix the root cause. I'm having my provider investigate again. I'm as frustrated as you are...hoping for a more permanent solution today.

may want to find a different hosting company. I used web hero before I went to StormGeo and only had ONE critical disruption, that during Tropical Storm Arlene in 2005

You'd may think to have another hosting provider to have a fallback and then ask to a computing pro to link the 2 servers to the same DNS It could be have then a load balancing system with this system.
