I've finally reached the point where my pantry is so well stocked that I almost always have the ingredients on hand to make anything I want.
It is a good feeling! Also, have you played with an insta-pot? They are glorious. :D

It's awesome. Everything tastes great with 1/10th the time needed to prep. Also, if you do decide to get one, get the one that makes yogurt. That's almost worth it, alone. Especially if you're a yogurt fiend like we are. :D
