My thoughts are it's simply an SI:7 spy. If we must call it a named character it could be Tess but it makes no difference. We've already seen Jaina's cinematic reveal isn't til Kul Tiras; Alleria is busy catching up with Azeroth stuff (see void elf setup)
Agreed...I think it's Tess, too. Whomever it is, she's rocking those SI:7/Mathias shoulderguards! :)
