I keep remembering the tale of the Ashbringer (I.e. what it’s made of; how it was corrupted and how it was purified) and how it could be a small scale version of the cosmically larger Warcraft story. I can’t make the pieces fit together....O_o

People find thing that absorb holy light, then it make stronger light. It big hurt dead things when put in sword. Big dead guy make sword bad, hurt not dead things and make them dead. Im pretty sure it was neutral when it was found but it absorbed holy light and amplified it

Not *quite* what I was thinking of...lol More like betrayal + Death = corruption; then Sacrifice + Light = purification....or maybe Sacrifice (Darion) + Life (Tirion) = purification
