How do you unlock world quests. Am I just that dumb? I finished all of Kul Tiras, and got lore master. What else do I need to do???
Yep yep....gotta finish the main 3 quest lines in Kul Tiras and do the footholds in Zandalar. The quest lines in Zandalar are very short thankfully.
