Unpopular opinion: Zappy Boi's cheerfulness is creepy in light of what just happened. Saurfang is horrified thinking of how the Horde provoked the attack on Lordaeron, Zappy Boi is way too eager. The novellas also talked about the Trolls stepping forward to light the fire.

*Spoilers* I think it's fair to assume Zappy's battle comes to a premature end when Sylvanas gets over-enthusiastic with the blight cannons, sadly :((((
