Be clear about age. Until the foreskin separates from the glans by itself, in its own good time (0 - puberty), there is no such thing as phimosis.

I meant, "don't confuse normal birth-to-whenever attachment with true phimosis." I hate the term "physiological phimosis" for the normal stage. It's very misleading. We're on the same page.
