Paypal says a transfer to my bank will take 3 to 5 days, but actually does it in one.
Meanwhile, wire transfer from bank to bank takes 5 days.
Maybe get your act together, banks?

Currently, banks are handling technical debt about as well as they handle monetary debt. ;)
