these Yoga guys really thought that deep sleep was, like, the best, and that the idea was to have the bliss of deep sleep, but while awake.

it's paid. Shiningworld.com But if you're going to read a book from this guy, read "The Essence of Enlightenment". He's very good on some stuff, just don't eat the whole cake.
