I won't keep doing three blog posts a day (in fact, that would probably be a bit nauseating for everyone), but it's nice getting a lot out at once instead of just a tiny drizzle. Things do feel radically different, at least for now.

You can sometimes tell you've released some long-held muscle tension (and, often, associated psychological stress) when a part of your body starts aching abruptly. My upper right abs just started aching really badly.
