There's an interview with him on one of those old, actually interesting American talk show on Youtube: youtu.be/lRuktPeE0eQ It's much better than the recordings by his various friends and associates, where he mostly comes across as a jerk (without saying much of interest).

Personally, I think U.G. was one of those guys who get so far into presenting as an anti-bullshitter, he eventually developed a complete bullshit personality around it which sometimes distorted his more interesting ideas. Sort of like Nassim Taleb, today.
