Drinking coffee preparatory to a sit down meditation session.
That's how you're supposed to do it, right?

Used to have near-permanent bracycardia, but now my heart rate is nestling in the mid 60s. Still, mild coffee dose seems more helpful than not.

yeah, but during meditation it can drop really low, to a few beats a minute. I'm out of practice, but some years ago I'd get it under 20 during meditation routinely. Low breath/heart rate really drops thought/impulse/image generation thru floor.

(this is not a bad thing, like Bracycardia). It's not precisely resting heart rate as doctor's have it.
When I was a serious runner, I had a resting heart rate in the 40s.

I am aware it drops. Point being, my heart rate never used to be a problem. Drinking in the past and kid in the present, though... sheesh.
Gained 15 BPM in just a few years. Annoying.
