I wish I knew how my meditation practice was going, but every time I sit to meditate I end up falling asleep.
Which is nice.

I used to think meditation is mental masturbation, but then again I was younger and dealing with math. Now it's hard to hold a thought long enough for a few seconds

I wouldn't blame anyone for thinking that way, considering how many hucksters and New Age-ers tried to sell it as "quantum healing" or w/e.
