If only the sequel had been nearly as good.
At least I got some neat gameplay with Shogun 2. Despite TW: WH being quite good in terms of animations and battle gameplay, the campaign feels a bit stale by now. Not much innovation since the glory days of Rome 1.

TWS2 proved by far the most stable release on my iMac. Also, the easiest. After one or two short games for learning, I played consistently on Legendary difficulty & almost always won.

Every single game is easy once you learn how to exploit some mechanic or another.
The vaunter WRE challenge in Attila was indeed challenging - it was impossibly boring to fight the same garrison battle over and over, winning 90%.
