Today I decided, in a firm way, to never be complicit in my victimhood again. I may be a victim again, I don't always have the power, Most of this comes from childhood patterns with stronger adults who said they loved me.

stuff is generally easier to see in others than in oneself. What other people should do is usually obvious, and far more often correct than incorrect.
