If you want to do something about your anger, that's OK. Sit with it. Give it some food. Let it talk. It's not such a bad customer if you treat it well.

Anger is sometimes, in some ways, a product of ‘unfair’ treatment. It’s also often the product of huge backlogs of confusion, entitlement, fixation, thick-skulledness, and the like. But I largely agree that a bit of warmth goes a long way.
