Big shitload of people will be burned by all the shills, so I think the devs are starting on the back foot.
But they're also smarter than the regulators on average, so... we'll see.

Biggest problem I can see is all the incredibly smart, but incredibly young and naive creators in the space.
Regulators will rip them apart.
