Wonder if the meditation/working out-analogy bears out so far it's sometimes superior to meditate in small bursts w/high intensity.

This is definitely the position that takes (ala U Pandita) in the first DY podcast. Many moments if extremely high intensity concentration.

Yeah, the clicker is great. This was more high intensity interval training than single deadlifts, though, but the principle seems very sound.
