American cops are so privileged they can legally execute people on video for no reason, and there will still be morons trying to explain the nuances of how it's a hard job and being a murderous lunatic is actually acceptable for cops because they're scared and stupid

Poland has overprivileged, petty cops as well, but they won't shoot you in the face for standing around (or anything short of an armed attack, really).

You can have a culture which gives cops too much leeway without having them murder hundreds of people every year. Shocking.
