So seems I figured out the issue with the @cuttingmachine_ exercises: I just needed to do twice as much in a day.

just remember that when weird effect happen as a result (and they will, if you stick to it), they're no big deal, shrug and move on.

Yeah, I recall 3 to 4 hours a day being the cutoff point for experiencing daily activities as extremely trippy. Weird sensations galore.
