There's a heavy cutoff after ~3 standard deviations where the odds of having psychological disorders goes up an order of magnitude or so.
Worth considering that up to that point it doesn't seem to be a very strong effect. Enough Mensa members past IQ 145 to skew the results.

Finally, there are a surprising nr. of edge cases where boosts mental health.
E.g. people w/lowered latent inhibition and low IQ go insane.
