That's an excellent book. The part on Hitler's drug injections is bananas.

Almost all of the Nazi elite was on amphetamines. Makes you look like a genius for a few years, then you burn out.

Yeah, but they weren't all getting spinal injections. Just some of the high command. And it most assuredly doesn't for a lot of people.
