I respect not believing things you can't substantiate - why would you - but only believing things you can prove is functionally impossible.

Anyone who says they only believe science is lying. Science doesn't model enough of the world to get through 10 minutes of the day safely.

Yes. And more technically, some models are perfectly valid, but no model is perfectly complete or has perfect applicability.
