Did 250 high knees. Had to do two reps - too much sitting.
I used to have a workout structure I could follow. Disintegrated. Need a new one.

The stereotypical "get fit"-type advice just always rubbed me the wrong way. Too much emphasis on looking good and feeling great.

Vanity and well-being are fine benefits, but that's not why I was working out.
Will commit more heavily to anaerobic exercise this time.
